Whole Pork Tenderloin

This is the pork equivalent of a beef filet mignon. It is one of the most tender cuts of pork, but it has a mild flavor, so it's often cooked with a spice rub, marinade, stuffing or flavorful sauce. It should be lightly cooked to keep it juicy.

From happy pigs that spent their lives enriched in our woods basking in the sun and rooting in the dirt. We rotate our pigs through the woods, which eliminates the need for excessive de-worming medication. We do not use ANY vaccinations or growth hormones.

All of our animals also get kelp meal added to their locally milled feed, which is rich in vitamins and minerals.
