Our all natural bacon is started with a brine mixture made with salt, cane sugar, and natural flavor (Celery Juice Powder), sea salt. No nitrites or nitrates are added to the mixture.
Then it is smoked to perfection! This is REAL bacon!
From happy pigs that spent their lives enriched in our woods basking in the sun and rooting in the dirt. We rotate our pigs through the woods which eliminates the need for excessive de-worming medication. We do not use ANY vaccinations or growth hormones.
All of our animals get kelp meal added to their locally milled feed, which is rich in vitamins and minerals.
